Description

 3D Phased array ultrasonic imaging equipment is integrated phased array full-focus real-time 3D ultrasonic imaging detetor based on high-configuration industrial 3D laptop computer.

The phased array ultrasonic circuit is effectively integrated into the main box of industrial notebook computer. The instrument has 64 fully parallel phased array hardware channels, including phased array front-end acquisition, back-end processing, power supply and high voltage circuit.
The instrument can collect the full matrix FMC data in real time, and perform real-time 2D/3D full-focus TFM imaging processing on the full matrix data, and output 2D/3D full-focus detection images.

 


Feature

1) SF-UTPA.3D is a phased array ultrasonic circuit that is effectively integrated into the main case of industrial notebook computers, improving communication speed and real-time performance, ensuring better stability and higher performance indicators.

2) Original full matrix (FMC) data collection.
    The SF-UTPA.3D system collects and stores raw full matrix (FMC) data, enabling researchers in universities, research institutes and other relevant institutions to develop and simulate the corresponding full-focus reconstruction algorithm model for various abnormal defects.


3) 64 fully parallel phased array hardware channels.
    The SF-UTPA.3D system has 64 fully parallel phased array hardware channels, which can hold 1d linear array and 2D surface array probes simultaneously. It can realize 2D and 3D real-time full-focus (TFM) imaging detection of materials, and supports the encoder to scan the 4D TFM detection results continuously.


4) Real-time Hilbert filtering function.
     Real-time Hilbert filter is built into the system to eliminate phase information in the image and only retain amplitude information, eliminating the defect image splitting problem caused by the echo multi-period oscillation effect in the full-focus detection image results. The defect imaging effect is smoother, fuller and closer to the actual situation.


5) Hardware real-time focusing operation, image refresh rate up to 20fps, real-time data processing capacity of about G 2.5g Byte/s; Filter 0.5-9.7mhz, 4.0-12.5mhz, 6.7-20.8mhz three levels are optional, pulse width is automatically optimized according to the probe frequency, highlighting excellent noise processing technology.
