6DJ30 holiday detector is intelligence pulsed high voltage protecting coating quality detector. It install anti-jamming intelligent chip, anti-jamming LED screen and brand new digital control circuit to make a accurately high voltage output ±(0.1KV+3%reading). It can automatically output the appropriate measurement voltage according to the material and thickness of the anti-corrosion coating, and the menu operation i.user-friendly.
Theory
When high voltage probe brushed pass non conductive coating, If the coating is too thin or metal has leakage or pinhole, the air gap will be punctured and produce spark discharge when pulse high voltage. At same time, detector will record leak number.
