Rechargeable AC Magnetic Yoke Flaw Detector (MPI)
Features
1. SFMT-D4 rechargeable AC yoke flaw detector is powered by a lithium battery power supply. It can generate an AC magnetic field for flaw detection without an external 110V or 220V power supply.
2. The equipment consists of a D-type probe, an instrument host, and a lithium battery power supply; the D-type probe and the instrument host are connected through an aviation quick plug.
3. The instrument host and the lithium battery power supply are detachable, fixed with double hooks, and the lithium battery power supply can be quickly replaced.
4. The instrument host is equipped with an OLED display and operation buttons, which can display and set the remaining power and voltage, click magnetization or continuous magnetization working mode, ultraviolet or white light lighting mode.
5. The instrument can identify the no-load state and automatically adjust the current to prevent the instrument from being overloaded and damaged.
6. Constant magnetic control function, automatically cuts off the power when the lifting force does not meet the flaw detection requirements due to a decrease in power, ensuring the flaw detection sensitivity.
7. Four types of magnetic pole feet: plane, A-type, 45°, and large bevel, suitable for more detection workpieces. (Optional)
