Rechargeable AC/DC Magnetic Yoke Flaw Detector (MPI)
Features
1. SFMT-D6 rechargeable AC/DC yoke flaw detector is powered by a lithium battery power supply. It can generate AC or DC magnetic field for flaw detection without an external 110V or 220V power supply.
2. The equipment consists of a D-type probe, an instrument host, and a lithium battery power supply; the D-type probe and the instrument host are connected through an aviation quick plug.
3. Two power supply methods:
(1) Lithium battery power supply:
• Can output AC and DC magnetic fields.
• The instrument host and lithium battery power supply are detachable and fixed with double hooks. The lithium battery power supply can be quickly replaced.
• The instrument host is equipped with an OLED display and operation buttons, which can display and set the remaining power and voltage, DC or AC flaw detection mode, tap magnetization or continuous magnetization working mode, and ultraviolet or white light illumination mode.
(2) Probe adapter power supply: (optional)
• The probe 220V adapter can output AC magnetic field; it has an operation button to switch the ultraviolet or white light illumination mode.
• The probe 85V-265V adapter has an OLED display and operation buttons, which can display and set DC or AC flaw detection mode, tap magnetization or continuous magnetization working mode, ultraviolet or white light illumination mode.
4. It can identify the no-load state of the instrument and automatically adjust the current to prevent the instrument from being damaged by overload.
5. The constant magnetic control function automatically cuts off the power when the lifting force does not meet the flaw detection requirements due to the decrease in power to ensure the flaw detection sensitivity.
6. Four types of magnetic pole feet: flat, A-type, 45°, and large bevel, suitable for more detection workpieces. (Optional)
7. The ultra-short magnetic pole foot working mode can improve the magnetic field strength and sensitivity.
