4 probe functions:
(1) Type A probe: also called horseshoe yoke probe or fillet weld probe, the probe adopts movable joint and has a wide range of uses. Pole distance: 20mm-190mm, lifting force AC≥50N, weight: 2kg;
(2) D-type probe: also called electromagnetic yoke probe, the probe has the characteristics of high magnetic permeability and high magnetization intensity. Pole distance 40mm-220mm, lifting force AC≥55N, weight: 2.6kg;
(3) E-type probe: Also called a crossed yoke probe or a rotating magnetic field probe, it uses two crossed yokes and uses alternating current phase-shifting technology to generate a composite rotating magnetic field that changes with time, which can magnetize the workpiece in all directions at once. It has the advantages of fast flaw detection speed and high detection quality. Pole distance: 80mm, lifting force AC≥120N, weight: 3.5kg;
(4) O-type probe: also called a ring probe. When the coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field to magnetize the workpiece. It is suitable for segmented flaw detection or demagnetization of complex workpieces such as shafts, rods, and pipes. Inner diameter: 150mm (can be customized according to user requirements), center magnetic strength ≥ 1800TA, weight: 2.6kg.
